Audits require both extensive knowledge and total commitment to meeting deadlines. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can handle any audit reliably, expertly and on time. We conduct statutory audits of annual and consolidated financial statements as well as management reports (according to HGB/IFRS/US-GAAP).
In addition, we also conduct voluntary audit of consolidated and annual financial statements. We have particular expertise and experience in the area of financial due diligence audits. We also audit the value of contributions in kind for public limited companies as well as the proper conduct of business in accordance with the German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz) and German Budgetary Principles Act (Haushaltsgrundsätzegesetz).
